Senior Network & Systems Administrator
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Traders Village)
Traders Village is seeking a hands-on Senior Network & Systems Administrator to support and improve a complex multi-site IT environment spanning Grand Prairie, Houston, San Antonio, and Western Playland in Sunland Park, NM. Periodic travel to these locations is required.
This role is responsible for the administration, design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of core infrastructure across networking, servers, virtualization, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and critical operational systems. This environment supports live business operations, where infrastructure stability is essential and downtime directly impacts revenue and customer experience.
This is a senior-level position for someone who can maintain stability in a demanding environment with multiple moving parts, while also planning and implementing improvements. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities without losing detail in a fast-moving, operationally sensitive environment.
This role operates with a high degree of independence in day-to-day infrastructure management, while collaborating with IT leadership on larger initiatives, priorities, and long-term improvements.

What You’ll Do
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot multi-site network infrastructure including switches, wireless, VPN connectivity, and core network services
- Support environments using multiple network topologies and media, including copper, fiber, and line-of-sight wireless connectivity
- Design, configure, implement, and support infrastructure improvements across network and systems environments
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and related on-premises systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, identity, and related integrations
- Configure and support MDM/mobile device management policies, enrollment, and device administration
- Support infrastructure reliability, performance, and continuity across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot escalated issues involving connectivity, systems, POS operations, and other business-critical technologies
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, standards, inventory records, and support procedures
- Assist with hardware and software evaluation, procurement, and lifecycle planning
- Travel to Houston, San Antonio, and Sunland Park, NM as needed for projects, troubleshooting, and operational support
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration
- Strong experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, switching, wireless infrastructure, and multiple network topologies
- Experience working with mixed network media including copper, fiber, and line-of-sight wireless
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Required experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint
- Experience with MDM configuration and administration
- Experience supporting or administering multi-site environments
- Knowledge of Ubiquiti hardware is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage and document multiple active projects, issues, and dependencies across a complex operational environment
- Ability to work in a physically active environment, including walking the property and supporting infrastructure across outdoor and operational areas
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Support a unique, high-activity business environment across multiple locations
- Work across a wide array of networking, servers, cloud services, operational systems, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Play a direct role in keeping core business operations stable and moving forward
