Maintenance Worker (Full-Time)
Location: 7979 N. Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, Tx 77041

Schedule: Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch)
39 hours/week

Position Overview

Perform general maintenance: painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry, and concrete work.
Operate and maintain amusement ride machinery.
Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
Perform demolition and blacktop repairs.
Assist customers and vendors as needed.
Safely operate forklifts, golf carts, scissors lifts, and tractors.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extend periods.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Bend, stoop, and lift up to 80lbs.
Walk long distances.
Communicate clearly with staff and customers.
Climb up to 100 feet when necessary.

Qualifications

Vaild Driver's License (Required)
Experience in maintenance, handyman services, or amusement park rides preferred.
Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
