The Food Service Custodial worker is responsible for the cleanliness of all Food Service Concessions/Cantinas/Restaurants on the property of Traders Village. Must be available to work 5 days a week. Hours of work consist of 29 hours per week.

Essential Functions - 
  1. Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and Ecolab chemicals
  2. Maintain a clean food service environment to project the safety and health of the public
  3. Keeps janitorial storage rooms in clean and orderly condition
  4. Sweep, Scrub, and Mop each food stand's floors on designated days
  5. Clean glass windows, sinks, countertops, receptacles, rubber mats, and doors
  6. Collecting and disposing of trash inside of the food stand or restaurant
  7. Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked as required
  8. Clean and Sanitize all food service commercial equipment
  9. Wash, rinse, and sanitize the seating areas around the concessions/cantina
  10. Order cleaning supplies through the Supervisor, making sure that chemicals are in stock
  11. Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Work Environment -

Must be able to work outdoors in different kinds of weather conditions or inside of a concessions stand/cantina/restaurant around commercial grade cooking equipment in a safe manner

Physical demands - 
  1. Requires occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  2. Ability to frequently reach, bend, lift, push, and pull while performing normal job functions
  3. Ability to stand for long hours and walk long distances
  4. Must be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
