Position Summary
The Commissary Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality food products while maintaining safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. This position supports food operations by assisting with food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and the timely distribution of products to concession locations throughout the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other food preparation tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Transport food products and supplies safely to concession stands and other designated locations.
  • Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining commissary inventory.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Support concession operations as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to safely work with cleaning chemicals, sanitizing supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport food products and supplies.
  • Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required.
