Are you ready to turn numbers into strategy? We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director who thrives on uncovering insights, shaping budgets, and guiding leadership decisions. What You’ll Do

Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive decision-making.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends across multiple markets and business units.
Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership. You’ll help steer the business, not just report on it.
Partner with operations and general managers to connect financial performance to real-world drivers.
Produce dashboards, reporting, and variance analysis that highlight opportunities and risks.
Lead scenario planning (seasonal trends, promotions, events) to anticipate what’s ahead.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
8 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related functions.
Strong Excel and financial modeling chops; ERP and BI tools (Sage, Power BI, Tableau) a big plus.
Excellent communication skills. You can explain the “why” behind the numbers to both executives and operators.
A mix of independence and collaboration: you’ll own your work, but you’ll also partner across teams.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in seasonal, event-driven, or multi-site industries.
